RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL OPERATION
"BARON Fidelity"

These regulations are drafted pursuant to Article 6 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, letter c-bis) introduced by Article 22.bis, paragraph 1, of Decree Law 91/2014, converted with amendments by Law 116/2014.

DURATION
The promotional operation called "BARONE Fidelity" will start on 21/03/2024 and end on 31/12/2025. It will be possible to accumulate points until 31/12/2025 and the claiming of prizes can be made by 31/01/2026, after which the points will be reset to zero. Subject to possible extension.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The operation takes place in the territory of the Italian Republic and the Republic of San Marino.

NAME OF THE PROMOTIONAL OPERATION
"BARON Fidelity"

DESTINATARIES OF THE PROMOTION
Any natural person may participate in the operation, whether resident or domiciled in the Italian Republic and the Republic of San Marino and who is the holder of the Fidelity Card "Barone Firenze".

ADESION
Participation in the prize operation is free of charge. The accumulation of points takes place through the use of a Fidelity Card.

DYNAMICS
All recipients of the promotion who make purchases at Barone Firenze points of sale during the promotional period will accumulate points for each purchase made, which will flow into the same points collection.

POINTS ASSIGNMENT:

The"Barone Firenze Fidely Card" allows you to accumulate a number of points proportional to the amount you spend. The way points are disbursed varies according to the type of card, i.e. each type of card accumulates a different number of points, according to the table below. This weighting can also be consulted within the point of sale.

Points will be loaded at enabled point-of-sale terminals by showing the "Barone Firenze Fidely Card" at checkout before making a purchase.

The calculation for awarding points will be referred to the total balance of spending on products, rounded to the nearest unit and on the actual amount net of discounts.

The balance of one's points can be requested at the enabled terminals at the points of sale or on the "Barone Firenze" mobile app.

During particular promotions, point loading may be suspended, or the weighting may be subject to changes, which will be made known to customers at points of sale and online through appropriate communication tools.

During the term of the Program, the Promoter reserves the right to award more points against specific activities, including those of limited duration, or against certain categories of products and/or services, as well as to include additional categories of products and/or services in the promotion. The Promoter also reserves the right to award any discounts or other benefits to Participants.

Of any such opportunities, "Barone Fidelity Card" holders will be made aware through special notices at participating outlets, on the website www.baronefirenze.it, or on the La Barone Firenze mobile APP.

POINTSWEIGHTING:
the "Barone Fidely Cards" are of different types and each corresponds to a different weighting of points awarded, corresponding to the one shown in the table below: 

CONDITIONS OF RELEASE AND USE OF FIDELITY CARD BARONE
All individuals, resident and/or domiciled in Italy and who intend to participate in the sweepstakes, will be given a card called "Card Barone", numbered, with a unique code capable of recording the purchases made and the points accumulated.
The card is owned by QB Srl with registered office in Via San Quirico, 165 - 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI). Should it be determined that the card has been used in a manner contrary to these regulations, QB Srl reserves the right to suspend the use of the card without notice. The card is personal and has no expiration date, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
In case of theft or loss of the card, the holder must promptly notify QB Srl by calling +39 3492617704 or landline 0558826045 and then following up with an e-mail to: customer.service@baronefirenze.it or a written communication to QB Srl Via San Quirico, 165 - 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI). The blocking of the card will be effective only after 24 hours from the communication, but the points present will be recharged on a new card, which will be delivered to Barone Firenze points of sale. If the points on the card have been used to acquire rewards before the effective blocking of the card, they can no longer be recharged on the new card.
The card will be issued by the staff in Barone Firenze outlets after the customer fills out an application form.
The request for activation of the Card Barone Firenze assumes that the customer has read and fully accepted the regulations, which can be consulted in full at the registered office of the Promoter or in the form of an excerpt on the website www.baronefirenze.it.
The Promoter undertakes to use and retain the information released in the application form and to process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law in force.

EXCLUSIONS

The customer will not be entitled to accumulate points for purchases of products/services already subject to other ongoing promotional activities or for purchases of particular products communicated to participants by appropriate information tools.

USE OF POINTS

The points accumulated by participants in the operation in the Barone Firenze branded stores and managed by the following companies that support QB Srl in this Coalition operation:

-Barone World Srl - PIVA: 07097340488 - Registered office at Via degli Olmi 65, 50019, Sesto Fiorentino (FI) - Affiliate

-Barone Trading Srl - PIVA: 06912420483 - Registered office at Via degli Olmi 65, 50019, Sesto Fiorentino (FI) - Affiliate

may be used to claim prizes consisting of discount vouchers worth €10 for every 100 points accumulated at Barone Firenze-branded stores (THE ECONOMIC VALUE OF THE BRN POINT is €0.10.

At the same time as the cardholder applies for the prize, points corresponding to the chosen prize will be deducted from the cardholder's balance. Any remaining points will remain available to the cardholder and can be used to claim additional prizes.

RECEIVING AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Holders of "Barone Firenze Fidelycard" who have accrued a sufficient number of points to claim the prize of their choice will have to request to use the discount voucher, at all Barone Firenze-branded outlets that are part of the circuit, before making payment. The use of the discount voucher is simultaneous with the application.

Application for prizes can be made from the beginning of the sweepstakes until 31.01.2026. After this deadline, the accumulated points will be reset to zero, unless extended.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Termination of participation in the Transaction

Participants may terminate participation in the operation by surrendering the Barone Firenze Fidelity Card at any time by sending email to customer.service@baronefirenze.it. In such case, participation in the operation will cease effective immediately upon receipt of such notice.

The Promoter may exclude a Participant from the operation, revoking the Barone Firenze Fidelity Card, with immediate effect for just cause, by giving written notice to the Participant containing the relevant reasons. Just cause includes, for example, fraudulent or abusive use of the Barone Firenze Fidelity Card or its number, or other violations of the "Barone Fidelity" Sweepstakes Rules or applicable laws.

Any hypothetical termination of participation in the operation results in the loss of Points collected by the Participants concerned, with no further redemption of Points possible.

Amendment of the Regulations of the promotional operation "Baron Fidelity"

The Promoter reserves the right to supplement or amend the Rules and Regulations of Operation "Baron Fidelity" taking care that the changes made do not affect the rights acquired by the Participants.
