Beautiful bag, excellent leather and good finish. Prompt shipping and appropriate and elegant package

I bought my first bag, the Carrara (dark brown) model; I liked the texture of the outer leather, already vintage effect, but I was hoping that the branding affixed to the front would be as pictured on the site, i.e., antiqued bronzed gold, and instead it matches the color of the bag and does not stand out. Other metal parts are also almost oxidized and not gold-plated as from the site, but I was told it's part of the workmanship itself, but I would have preferred them in the original color. The interior is well divided, the lining is very light, however, and makes the contents very unstable-but I routinely use clutches to manage myself-and I think you have to be careful of keys or sharp things. Bag that therefore remains very soft. Weight ok, I have heavier ones and that is a plus. Overall I am reasonably satisfied. There is room for improvement at any rate and the quality base subsists. Excellent customer service, quick in responses.

This is the second bag I have purchased because I like "handmade" bags. Very satisfied!
